We have heard a lot about it, little has been explained to us, and very little has been understood. It is a term that we will never fully understand because its definition changes and evolves with each advance in the sector.

But my intention is not to explain this concept, my goal with this text is to analyze what is NOT digital transformation. And very simple: it is NOT the application of technology, it is NOT having our business system in the cloud, it is NOT having artificial intelligence software that is in contact with our customers, it is NOT having cutting-edge technological equipment.

So what IS it? Digital transformation is using all these technological advances to carry out business strategies and achieve our objectives. In other words, using technology as a means, not as an end.
