AXIS is located at the confluence of the most important roads in the ZMG: the highway to Mexico City and the Periferico ring road in the industrial region.
Axis 1:
The AXIS 1 area covers 140,000 m2 and is fully developed and operational. Here, companies dedicated to manufacturing, technology, packaging, containers and logistics are located. In addition, we offer warehouses available for rent, with options ranging from 1,200 to 4,000 m2.
Axis 2:
The AXIS 2 area covers 300,000 m2 and will be fully developed by the fall of 2024. Currently, 60% in this area is already marketed, but we still have land available for sale. You can purchase land ranging from 1,380 to 7,194 m2.
Axis 3:
The AXIS 3 development occupies an area of 180,000 m2 and is scheduled to begin construction in January 2024. It is anticipated to be fully completed and ready for occupancy in December 2024. Currently, sales of this phase have not yet commenced.
